Lead HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a Lead HVAC and Refrigeration Technician for a full-time position in Glendale, Arizona. This role focuses on HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as commercial refrigeration troubleshooting and repair. The technician will also provide team leadership and mentor other technicians. Compensation is $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
• Perform electrical and refrigeration diagnostics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technicians.
• Mentor technicians in carrying out relevant technical work.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/R technical training.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Valid drivers license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Skills in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to perform electrical and refrigeration diagnostics.
• Team leadership and technician mentoring skills.
